Combination of innovative ability with a high level of intensity makes for strongly flavoured encounters.
I am forthright, rather than diplomatic, sacrificing easy likeability for greater speed and precision.
Socially like a hot beef curry - nourishing and tasty, but some find it not easy to eat.
For many people I am somewhat too interesting.
Yes. There is such a thing as being too interesting.
Small differences can easily be bridged or ignored,
but legitimate differences contradict fallacious beliefs
and disrupt cosy self-reflections.
Most people are comforted by shared beliefs, but there is little novelty in agreement.
Anybody who sees the trend of where mankind is headed will appreciate
that a new trajectory is essential to averting disaster.
The time for being a spectator is finished.
Now we must show what we are made of,
and do what needs to be done, rather than what is easy.
To be effective in communication,
use the same language as the other - simple and straightforward.
This applies as much to behaviour and emotion as it does to words and grammar.
For examples : with aggressive people I speak fearless ferocity.
For liars and manipulators, I speak the truths they want to ignore.
I treat ignorance as though it is a deliberate mental deafness.
For those who are in good faith - courtesy and consideration is the right language.
For those of awesome skill, admiration and interest in their methods is their due.
Being effective across the full scope of communication is tantamount to having
a large dynamic range of awareness and behavioural resourcefulness.
A scope ranging from christed - warrior - intellectual rigour ;
morphing and blending as circumstances require.
This I can do.
And we all share that capability.
But somehow, mankind is bluffed into settling for smalltalk and boredom.
Speaking of talking small, my posts have not provoked so much as a heckler.
Who needs a right of free speech, when nobody has anything to say ?
The forums sit silent, as though everybody is too defeated to contribute.
Just sitting there, like a TV audience, letting it wash over them.
Living in boxes, watching TV boxes, thinking in boxes.
We have quit learning to run and hunt in the possibilities of thinking.
16 years ago, I began keeping a promise to myself –
that I would not take another job (ie sell out on my creative ability),
but instead concentrate on developing and using my native talent.
Working directly on what I see as our greatest needs at this time,
my quixotic promise to do research and development is being kept.
Lead engineer on a highly innovative project.
Along the way, I have learned and discovered much.
Willing to disclose to those honestly working towards clarity.
I invite your disclosure of whatever has become an obstacle.
